Ben joins the practice as a proud Welshman, bringing a passion for high-performance sport to his osteopathic care. He grew up in Wales and honed his skills at the University of St Mark and St John, gaining First-class honours in Plymouth before embarking on his career.
Ben has a strong background in sports medicine, having worked with the Football Association of Wales (FAW) age-group academies and the national side, travelling across Europe to help athletes compete at the highest level. He has also provided care for the Cardiff Met championship team and its BUCS side. His master’s thesis focused on manual therapy to prevent shoulder dislocations in rugby, underpinning his clinical expertise.
He understands personally how vital fitness is for the pursuits he loves—surfing, touch rugby, cricket, tennis and hiking—and brings that same energy and dedication to helping his patients achieve their own health and performance goals.
