Lexie has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
She passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life through exercise by building confidence, enhancing functional movement, and supporting long-term health using evidence-based exercise prescription.
Her background in competitive swimming at a national level is where she developed a deep appreciation for the human body, particularly the musculoskeletal system, following injuries of my own. She has since applied this knowledge through three years of experience as a Pilates Instructor while completing her degree.
She knew wanted to become an Exercise Physiologist at the age of 16 after seeing the joy and positive impact exercise had on a loved one living with dementia. As a result, she has a special interest in working with individuals of any age who are living with a neurological condition, as well as musculoskeletal conditions.
