Joseph is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who brings a unique and passionate perspective to the team at Advanced Health. A graduate of Griffith University on the Gold Coast, he combines his academic expertise with a lifelong background in competitive sports.

Having played football (soccer)at the top flight level in the Gold Coast and Wide Bay regions, Joseph understands the athlete's mindset—the drive to perform and the determination to recover. This firsthand experience fuels his special interest in treating sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and effective pain management.

With three years of experience in a musculoskeletal clinic, Joseph has successfully helped clients with a wide range of conditions. Committed to lifelong learning, he is currently advancing his knowledge by undertaking a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at CQU. Joseph is dedicated to designing personalized, evidence-based exercise programs to help you regain function, reduce pain, and achieve your health and performance goals.
