How can you stay moving through lockdown?


There are plenty of ways to keep moving our bodies, even though we are in lockdown.


Some ways to stay active, if it is safe for your to do so include:


šŸƒā€ā™€ļø Head out for a walk, jog or bike ride within your 10km radius

šŸƒā€ā™€ļø Home stretching or exercise routine

šŸƒā€ā™€ļø Online Pilates or Yoga

šŸƒā€ā™€ļø Spend some time out in the garden

šŸƒā€ā™€ļø Any backyard games or sports- get creative!
