Steph is originally from England and relocated to Australia to embrace a more active, outdoor lifestyle. Steph is a firm believer that exercise is medicine. She is known for keeping clients motivated, accountable, and confident as they work towards their active health goals.
Outside the clinic, Steph enjoys running, playing netball, attempting the waves on her SUP, and keeping up with her three children alongside her ultra-marathon-running husband.
